About me

I am a PhD candidate at University of Sussex Business School where I focuse on the alternative protein industry in the UK and Europe. I'm also a founder at Rooted Research Collective, where our team focuses on supporting research on sustainable food transitions. I also sit on the advisory board at Freedom Food Alliance, a non-profit that advocates for mitigating nutrition misinformation online.
